The Winter Wonderland 2022 site covers 376,025 square metres: that’s 52 times the size of an average professional football pitch, all full of epic entertainment! You’ll step into a world of ice, snow and seasonal delights – an enchanting evening, whether for date night, with friends, or a family adventure.
Feeling the chill? Heat things up on the 80 exhilarating rides and rollercoasters, or brave the spooky ‘Dead Wood’ – a creepy woodland filled with ghosts and ghouls. As well as family-friendly theatre shows, look out for street entertainers too: from circus acts and live music, to parades of colourful costumes, there’s a spectacle around every corner.
2 The rollercoasters are awesome
Hold on tight! Winter Wonderland 2022 has over 80 rides and experiences to enjoy – such as the whirling heights of ‘Apollo 13’, the stomach-flipping ‘Double Loop’, and the 360º-twisting ‘Energizer’. Revel in panoramic park views from the spinning 63m-high ‘Around the World’ swing – or take a gentler trip on the 55m-tall Ferris Wheel, lit up in icy festive colours.
For families, there are 45 attractions designed especially for children, such as carousels, mini rides and bumper cars, plus arcade games and sporty challenges for all ages – with a chance to win brilliant prizes.

Whether you’re a wobbly beginner or a nimble-footed pro, don’t miss the chance to go ice skating on the GCC’s biggest outdoor ice rink – with a beautiful hot air balloon as its centrepiece.
